The Mill Wheel is no longer functional but represents a "state of the art" from more than 100 years ago. I have done some digitizing to the wheel to highlight it in an otherwise grey photo. What craftsman of that day were able to erect on the property of Rome, GA. and Berry College. Still in existence!
