Mah Lady is dressed in her finest evening dress and leaning on a polished wooden table seemingly waiting for something or someone. The capture is to show her patience but she doesn't expect to wait long as she has clutched her dress in her left hand, a little tilt to her head, and ready to lift just enough dress to walk, probably to the carriage?
